The honest frame (read first)

Real math: Fibonacci + the golden ratio. They show up in nature and are genuinely useful tools.

Numerology: "3-6-9 vortex math is the key to the universe." The number pattern underneath is real (it's just base-10 arithmetic), but the cosmic claim is unproven, and the famous Tesla quote has no reliable source. Use it as a focus ritual, not physics.

1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55โ€ฆ each number is the sum of the previous two.

It genuinely appears in plant growth โ€” sunflower seed spirals, pinecones, leaf arrangement โ€” because it's an efficient packing pattern. Divide any term by the one before it and you approach the golden ratio (8/5 = 1.6, 55/34 โ‰ˆ 1.618โ€ฆ).

Use it: ramp habits the Fibonacci way โ€” 1 โ†’ 2 โ†’ 3 โ†’ 5 โ†’ 8 reps/minutes/days. Small, compounding steps beat heroic ones. It's a patience model: tiny additions snowball.
